The London headquarters of this international consulting
organisation has an internal promotions procedure. All candidates
for promotion have been through rigorous professional training with
a number of years’ experience in their field. In order to
help them achieve the next rung in their career ladder, it was recognised
that image and impact training would be of benefit to both the candidates’
internal and external markets.
